Account Executive

We are looking for hungry, smart, tenacious closers. Madrivo Account Executives develop relationships with prospects, identify pain points, and sell to those needs. You will be helping some of the best marketers/publishers in the world to grow their business with unique Madrivo solutions. We’re looking for sales reps who are winners, having shown consistent success exceeding quotas in a previous sales role. This is the place where doers succeed and reap the fruits of their efforts.

    • Close and grow accounts to >$1,000/month through challenger-based selling
    • Manage a contact cadence with prospects and new customers
    • Manage a variety of lead sources, including BDR sets, website, purchased and personally sourced leads
    • Document daily sales activities in the CRM tool, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management
    • Exceed revenue/profitability and other goals as assigned
    • Proactively learn our industry, our customers challenges, and ad technology to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
    • Partner with management, account management and customer success to drive revenue and improve customer experience
  • Proven sales track record of being in the top 10-20% of your past company
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, challenge, persuade and ask for the sale
  • Ability to be discipline, learn quickly, prioritize and figure out how to deliver results
  • Tenacious hunger to win business and drive revenue
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Flexibility in working outside of normal hours in order to close deals
  • Have fun and celebrate success
  • 4-year degree preferred in business or related field
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of marketing channels, marketing technology and or experience selling to marketers, especially affiliate marketers
  • Work out of our corporate HQ in Las Vegas
